Had an appointment with dr John on Monday morning and had a 15 minute wait to be seen. Went in to be told if she read a letter from my Parkinsons nurse see wouldn't have time to sort my problems with my foot and shoulder. Was then spoken to in a rude and very abrupt manner at which point I said I'm going to leave because of her lack of manners. She then apologised and looked at my foot Now makes me an appointment for the following day at 10:20am. I walk to the doctors but I'm 5 minutes late10:25am asked to sit down then be told the doctor said I will have to make a new appointment ( pot kettle) comes to mind I had to wait 15 minutes the day before. I have never been treated so poorly by any doctors surgery befor. Dave wood
