I am disappointed that I am unable to get appointments. I am told it is due to the fact that there are more patients registering. I assume there would be a point that the existing patients are unable to get any treatment due to there never being any appointments! Surely there is a patient number cut off? Secondly, I have called the surgery 3 times today and it has rung off every time. I requested a repeat prescription for my long standing medical condition on the friday, and its now monday, and it still hasnt been requested! This happened previously and I ran out of medication - both times it was the same receptionist. I would just love to get through to someone and them to be helpful - sometimes the receptionists can be rude (not all of them) but they make you feel like an idiot for calling...
