Disrespected came for appointment which I had booked for two weeks waited 35 minutes and was asked to come back tomorrow not as the doctor was in a meeting I asked to see another doctor as i needed pain killers and results of tests but was only told i could make another appointment for the next day i was very upset and anxious i feel let down and treated very badly by the practice the reception was dreadful no communication
