Most helpful and respected doctors in the community, attitude is very warm and welcoming. I have been with the surgery a long time now and have to say an outstanding service and confidentiality along with genuinely helping approach from staff and doctors. Very polite receptionists on the phone and always willing to listen with a friendly approach at the desk and a lovely smile.

If waiting over an hour for an appointment when you have been told to get to the surgery for a set time, rushing to make sure your (mine) end of commitment to get to my appointment on time is met, only to wait and currently still waiting and hour and ten minutes, then this is the surgery for you! Come with one illness and leave with another for free! No charge while you wait and rot with the rest of the people crammed in to a waiting area where a festival of germs awaits. Great job NHS! And these are the people you train and give us to remedy our illnesses, I wouldn't mind but once you get in the room they try and get you out as quick as possible, after a feat of these occurrences I will be opting and looking in to private healthcare as it's clear the NHS in my area are struggling.
