Just awful. Enduring the awful hold music is one thing, trying to get an appointment is a miracle. I was number 3 in the queue on the phone line and and 26 mins later I was number 2. Clearly staff don’t bother to answer the phones. Where is the management to act on this is basic function? Staff don’t care, GPs rarely have good communication skills. The wait to receive blood tests is outrageous. This surgery needs stronger management, more user friendly staff and to treat patients with respect and not as the nuisance disturbing their chinwags!!
