Making appointments is a nightmare. Can't book anything in advance either have to call first thing or go there to get an appointment that day.
Which is very annoying when I have to go to work. Sometimes when I call I'm trying to get through for half an hour before I can speak to anyone
Doctors and nurses are great once you get in to see them

Biddlestone Health Group is the best!
Dr Robson and his team, work tirelessly each day to deliver outstanding patient care.
I have tried a few GP practices over the years.
In my opinion, Dr Robson is outstandingly brilliant.
