I joined beversbrook last year and have had nothing but fantastic service, not only from the doctors, but also the receptionists. It is very easy to get an appointment with this surgery which is brilliant, the longest I've ever had to wait for an appointment is a week - in my experience with previous surgeries I have had to wait almost 3 months. I never feel like the receptionists pry in to why im seeing a GP. The male receptionist is especially helpful and has lovely mannerisms and always does his best to accommodate patients needs, he is always smiling and has a friendly face. Brilliant surgery.

Positive experience begins with pleasant receptionists. Waiting times are rarely excessive. Practitioners are helpful and caring. All of this is far removed from my experience at my previous practice.

I have been a patient at this surgery, with assorted doctors and at previous locations for over 25 years. I have always found staff there to be helpful and friendly and the medical staff to be sympathetic and willing to listen. Very rarely have I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my appointment, usually I am seen within 10 minutes. the doctors apologise if I have been kept waiting - it happens; an apology makes all the difference. The surgery is always clean and tidy and the receptionists are polite and discreet. I am very happy with the service I get there and would recommend this surgery to anyone.

The new phlebotamist is a credit to the surgery. Her approach to patients is lovely, and her personal skills are excellent. However, I feel the practice has suffered greatly since the retirement of Dr Bishop, and the sad death of Dr Sandford Hill.

Easy to book appointments online. Urgent appointments to see doctor are possible. Nurses friendly, competent and informative.
