Lots of mistakes being made lately. Not being informed of medication reviews until prescription isn't there to collect, appointments booked with the wrong doctor, prescriptions not issued when they were meant to be and long waits and arguments trying to fix it.
The receptionists are really helpful but it's just a constant hassle seeing a gp and fixing their mistakes.
