Appointment system a mess, on phone for for 20 minutes is common.
Impossible to get an appointment signing 3 days, emergency only.
Reception , Secretary, Very slow , if they don't forget at chasing up problems for you,
Prompted to take telephone consultation with Dr, timewasting as you need an in person appointment later.
Receptionists can be surly and rude.
