Been with surgery for almost 40 yrs. Most days managed to get same day appointment. Doctor’s excellent. Good to have additional para medics. A one stop shop for lots of treatments. Keep up the good work. You certainly support our community

When a doctor tells you to make further appointment. Let this be alerted on patient’s notes for receptionist to see. Often told they can’t make the appointment until the day required

Hard to get a quick appointment sometimes

I've had a few medical issues over the last couple of years, and every time I've contacted the surgery I've been able to get an appointment very quickly. From contacting the surgery and seeing someone has been brilliant The call back system is great because I can carry on working and not held in a queue. The reception team are amazing. I'm sure it can be very hard sometimes for them. It's a great surgery.

I attended the surgery to have stitches removed. The nurse was lovely, made me feel at ease and made a very neat job. There are no marks of the stitches. The nurse also provided guidance on future wound care. I’m a very nervous patient but your nurse was welcoming, friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional

No improvement required. Everything went well and I left very happy.
