I attended in person to get an appt because my previous experience is waiting for ages on the telephone in a queue by which time all appts had been taken!

Overall very satisfied but queueing system on phone leaves a lot to be desired.

To try and get a appointment by phone is a laugh,you spend the first 10 mins listening to a load of jargon u can hardly hear, after about 10mins voice tells u your No7 in the q and so it goes on I always come to the surgery and take a chance in getting a appointment.

Get another phone line instead of just having just one line. I know that won't happen because it is money spinner for you and u know its annoying because lots of p
