I had a very early morning appointment and turned up 5 minutes early and waited with two others who also had early appointments. The surgery opened on time and we went in to a very cosy and warm reception area. The receptionist was very cheery and helpful. My doctor came to the waiting room and called me in. Nice not to have your name called out very loudly over the intercom.I realise this is not always possible with a waiting room full of patients who are in a hurry to be seen. The doctor explained everything to me concerning my health and did so in a very friendly way using words that I would understand. He took the trouble to talk over anything that might have troubled me. All in all I was very happy with my visit and found the place spotlessly clean, as it always is. I have been with this practice for 17 years and have always been satisfied with my treatment. OK, sometimes you do have to wait to be seen but when you think of the number of people that use the surgery, I think it is a wonder that it works as well as it does. Thank you to all the staff and hope you all have a happy and rewarding new year.
