Worst gp surgery I've ever had dealings with, left my partner who was on verge of needing immediate medical attention due to severe exasperation of her asthma and was told had no appointments and that the doctor was not willing to come out and see her (We was in the surgery at the time). You can hardly ever get an appointment regardless of how severe your ailment is. Phone lines open at 8 yet all you get is an engaged tone and if you're one of the lucky ones who manage to get through eventually you get an obnoxious receptionist who is as useful as a chocolate fireguard. In the eventuality that you do get to see a doctor they like to use mental health as a way to dismiss what is up with you and tell you it's all in your head yet then end up requiring hospital treatment.

Terrible surgery, but unfortunately I don't have any other choice than to attend this one. Tthey say the phone opening times are at 8 o'clock, I've rang everyou five minutes from 8 till 10:30 until the phone would automatically hang up on me. The receptionist sit around chatting rather then working leaving you waiting in line for ages and waiting on the phone when you do get through fit upwards of half an hour. Can never book an appointment for next week as they don't accept future appointments and good luck tryinget one for the current week unless you go in personally, I've been told over the phone at 12 on a Monday morning that all appointmentso for the current week haduring been taken. Avoid this surgery at all costs.

Find this surgery very frustrating - have to make follow up appointments with specific GP - cannot pre-book, then ring when diaries are open and no available slots, Ring on the day no slots. End up requesting telephone appointment with GP. Very stressful.

I have little to say except do not choose this surgery The doctors working there are brilliant and efficient The staff are impolite offensive abusive and lazy You won't get help or understanding from them if you have moved to the area choose elsewhere as everybody in the community this includes social workers health Visitors community nurses will tell you not just personal experience
