I have been a patient registered for 11 years and I have found doctors and staff and nurses all very good. Special thanks to Dr Ramdehul and Dr Marfell. It's quite a rarity generally to be able to get an appointment the same day, but most times, you can, at this surgery. Thank you to all those who work there.

I have been a patient with Beech House for some years now, they have always given excellent care. Can not fault any aspect of the care. Receptionists always friendly & will do their best to assign you an appointment, all the doctors I have seen have been very thorough - if possible I see Dr Nicky Davies who always makes me feel heard & involved in my care. The dispensary ladies are also excellent - Lyn & Nicola have recently gone the extra mile to organise an item I needed which was causing some issues - but they worked hard to resolve it. So lucky to have such a great team at my local doctors surgery. Keep up the good work beech house - you are one of the best.

It is possible to get an appointment same day, but from my experience you must ring up before 8.30 to get this and it will be with an available doctor not necessarily your own, but if you need a doctor the same day that doesn't matter.
