Rang multiple times morning and afternoon. No answer, says in a queue then just keeps ringing over 5mins or just rings (no queue automated answer). Not able to book online appointments!?

Suggested improvements
Offer online appointments! Answer the phone in a timely manner! Be courteous and helpful Receptionists think you owe them an explanation, they arent clinically trained so don't need to know why booking except if requesting a triage call.
