Cannot book an advanced appointment on the phone - being asked to call tomorrow at 0830 for next appointments released for on day later next week - but when I get through, no appointments left. I was asked could I get to the surgery for 0830 to book an appointment - that is NOT a practical suggestion. On line, I can book an appointment in advance - but cannot get an appointment until 30th May - 27 days hence. The need isn't urgent (if it was, I would have stated this), but it is something that needs to be seen now - when the problem is totally visible. Your system isn't working, how can you fix it?
