It is not possible to arrange appointments at the surgery, they should be booked over the phone, which is not easy a straight forward phone call, having long waiting times to speak to someone.
On the other hand, the personal attention was fantastic. The GPs, Nurses and Admin staff who attended in different occasions, treated me with respect, being very caring and showing massive interest to help me.
Suggested improvements
A better communication among staff members.
I had different answers about services provided, which prolonged my waiting time to be attended and to have proper actions taken to potentially solve my issue.
