All medical staff that I have been in contact with at the surgery have been very professional and all have their own skills/interests in medicine, which means the practice is able to advice on a broad range of illnesses. The surgery has a lot of posters up that are based on different subjects, which is very informative. The regular receptionists working in the day are helpful including the mornings when it is always more busy. However, the evening receptionists or less regular receptionists can be variable. Telephone appointments are very easy to make; but making an appointment with my own GP in the surgery is a nightmare as she is popular and works part-time. I can not comment on how easy it is to get appointments with the rest of the GPs. Usually, there have not been any issues with having an appointment with the nurses or to for having blood tests and have been lucky on occasions to get a slot as soon as I have seen the GP. I am always recommending the practice and my own GP there to others and am happy to continue to do so.
