The reception staff and the manager at the practice do not know how to talk to people in a repectful manner. The way in which I and many other ive spoken to have be talked to is beyond unexectable. Your gp surgery is meant to offer you care and help, not talk down to you and belittle you every time you call. I know realky dont want to call this surgery as it is so horrible. Shocking way to concuct themselves.
Suggested improvements
Learn how to talk to people in a repectable, caring way. Have better manners and emphathy towards their clients. Instead of making everything so difficult.
