Last week I went to collect a letter from GP practice. I asked the friendly receptionist if someone could assess my ear as I felt I had an ear infection. Straight away, the receptionist arranged for Nurse Laura to assess me. Laura was professional, caring and friendly.
Any time I have phoned Battlefield practice my call is answered quickly by the friendly and helpful receptionists.
Thank you all for being an excellent practice with professional, caring and friendly staff. Keep up the excellent service that you all provide.
