Last week I went to collect a letter from GP practice. I asked the friendly receptionist if someone could assess my ear as I felt I had an ear infection. Straight away, the receptionist arranged for Nurse Laura to assess me. Laura was professional, caring and friendly. Any time I have phoned Battlefield practice my call is answered quickly by the friendly and helpful receptionists.
