The receptionist staff need customer service training to help them deal with patients. Their manner is cold and they are particularly rude on the phone. If you want to feel like another statistic register at Barnburgh Surgery. The reception staff are particularly unhelpful and not an ounce of compassion or empathy - they should not be working within the care profession. I also do not believe it is good code of practice for reception staff to give sensitive information over the phone, surely it is doctors that should give this information.
