I have been going here since I was a child...Dr Perkins, Dr Neal , now no idea who my GP is, impossible to get an appointment even for a sick child and reception staff are , on the whole, rude and unhelpful. Today’s experience with one regarding my daughter is the last straw & am now changing surgery.

The doctors were patronising and incompetent. Got to the stage where I could not trust anything they said, as they just try and get rid of patients as quickly as they can rather than caring about your health. Left the surgery and would recommend anyone else to as well.

Very poor surgery in our opinion, and getting worse.....both my elderly mother and myself registered with them, both have had treatment on several occasions that is utterly incompetent, very much a 'don't care' attitude, tick their required boxes and get you out of the door is the impression. v poor communications internally and with hospital referrals, shall be registering with a different practice asap. Would advise anyone, don't use this practice !
