The Surgery is improved in terms of waiting and appointments. Good mix of Doctors ie 1 x female, 2 x male, experienced backgrounds. Difficult at my age not to have more than one query with GP. I would be happy to pay for longer time when necessary. Nurse facilities are excellent. Reception much improved, better communication now, more helpful.

I find everyone extremely helpful and polite. I've only had positive experiences. After witnessing a lady being extremely rude to a Receptionist, I would like to say the Receptionist handled it very professionally.
