Receptionists show no compassion or empathy towards their patients.
It is almost impossible to get through to make an appointment.
Doctors do not call back after e consultation submitted.
I receive text advising to phone and make an appointment - this is not helpful as the reason for submitting an e consultation is because I cannot ge through on the phone.
Suggested improvements
Further training for reception staff.
Doctors following up e consultation submission with a phone consultation or in person consultation.
