Reception seems to take into account how urgent or not I feel my problem is and not just decide for themselves. Never had to wait for consultation that I felt was urgent and plenty if options offered when I say I can wait.

On line services on the web page(repeat prescriptions, fit note requests) very hit and miss. Oftern appear not to gave been read or auctioned and if there's a problem you only find out if you call to ask why.
