The doctor will not see you anymore which is stupid gone down hill ever since dr ward retired i have been waiting since the 3 of jan to find out my blood results was waiting 3 weeks to speak to a doctor she rang twice I couldn’t get to the phone in time never rang again Colin unwin

Start to see people again there is no reason not to

Hi I have been going to bampton surgery for 28 years I have always seen dr ward he is a very good doctor and very friendly he has helped me a lot over the years

No the surgery is fine staff are friendly

I phoned this surgery every day for a week and was unable to get any kind of appointment, I spoke to the same receptionist every day and she was very unhelpful - quite patronising actually. When I did finally get an appointment, I had to wait a long time and eventually had to chase them for my blood test results. Then after not getting any kind of diagnosis I then tried and failed to get another appointment with any GP. So I've switched to another GP surgery now and don't have any problems getting an appointment. There are very good, caring doctors at this surgery but it is very difficult to can get an appointment.
