It is the most obstructive system. Only geared for those who don't work,; those who can sit by the phone for at least an hour to get through....then the rest of the day to wait for a callback. It took me 120 phonecalls recently just to order a script (which SHOULD have been added to online meds). As a nurse myself, i FULLY understand the current pressures. However, this surgery has had MAJOR issues since we'll before COVID. Bloods or scans are done and NO follow up for the patient.
