At 9.01am I rang to get access to a doctor for my young daughter. I was placed automatically on hold for 30 mins. Then cut off at 9.31am. I phoned back to join automated queue then was played a recording to sat that lines were now closed for the day at 9.50am. Shocking system. Terrible care for patients.

Suggested improvements
Telephone system not fit for purpose. Patients left with no access to gp. Children deserve better. How can patients get appointments? I phoned at 9.01 and still was denied access.
