Gine my answer as just coold not believe it was 13 in the queue at 9.20am and then at 9.21am was told yje appointments line was closed for the day. All I wanted to do was to cancel appoitments I had in the treatmet room so as someone else could have them.
I did want a doctor to validate a perscription for my husband but he will have to wait and suffer all weekend and theer would have been no need for a doctor call. Something needs to be done to sort out the way the clinic operates.
Suggested improvements
A separate line to cancel appointments would be useful and free up the appointments line.
