It took about 100 calls over two days to obtain a GP call-back. He claims to have called back but did not ring my telephone number. Staff extremely unhelpful and arrogant.

Suggested improvements
There is no service culture in this practice. It was very poor before Covid, all the way through Covid and cannot cope with the additional housing in Ballyclare. If there was an alternative I would move tomorrow.
