Website completely out of date. So difficult to get appointments and prescriptions - even medications on the online ordering service are not keep updated. Patient records are so out of date they appear unaware of patients' conditions, so much so that you often have to plead your case for required treatment. Don't know how they will cope with all the new housing and potential patients coming to Ballyclare.

Suggested improvements
Train some staff in dealing with patients courteously. Make contacting the surgery more accessible, it is really not acceptable to shut down all the line at 11am ...what are the staff in the surgery doing???
