I love the fact that I can book an appointment or repeat prescription online. Very easy. The reception is open and the receptionist and admin staff are on the same level as the patients. No high desks or barriers or screens. All very helpful and efficient. My only criticism is that when I didn't pick up my repeat prescription for 4 weeks, no-one took the trouble to check I was OK.
