Telephoned surgery for appointment 18th March 1:30 and informed that can't make appointment and will need to call in the morning between 8am and 10am. Called at 8:38am 19th March and informed I can make appointment for in a fortnight or after providing a brief description to receptionist that the Doctor will call me back soon. Just after 4:30pm I call surgery as have not heard anything and am informed I am on the list and will be getting a phone call. I was reassured that although surgery closes at 6pm the doctors are still doing appointments until 9pm. Well 9:30pm and now I have no clue as to where I should go for medical assistance. This system is a shambles and does not make it easy for vulnerable people to access medical assistance.
