The place is a joke, anytime you phone your told a prescription will be ready and you are left chasing up this prescription for weeks. Phonecall after Phonecall told lies about it being ready this day or that to then be told you must attend a appointment weeks down the line. This happens every month, constant prescription problems. Ether they don't put them through to the doctor or they don't sent them to the pharmacy or they are wrong, it never ends! If your unwell before you deal with this lot, you will be suffering from chronic stress by the time your done here! I just don't understand how it can be so difficult to do your job right?! You can't even get through on the phone, fill days wasted chasing them up and running round pharmacy's. Absolutely pathetic! Treatment based on your age and looks!
