Better and quicker to visit in person to make an appointment. Long delays via phone. Had excellent appointment with Georgetta Mui. So very helpful and kind.

On the whole never had any complaints . Reception staff always friendly and helpful. Sometimes hanging on the phone if trying to get an emergency appointment, but the new system is much better. Only one GP recently seen, did not really come across as helpful but generally all the GP’s are good. Waiting area’s could have more Health Promotion info. Overall, happy with the service.

More health promotion info available. Shorter wait for phone to be answered. Option to see named GP as standard practice in order to build rapport.

Brilliant Practice. Everyone always helpful and cheery, we could not ask for better. There are the usual issues with getting through but that seems common across all GP Practices. All Doctors caring and prepared to listen, have received care from one Doctor for the past 35 years plus. Thank you all.

Attended for my Flu jab. Booking process was very easy. The appointment itself was extremely well organised, with clear signposting and staff on hand to guide me through my visit to the surgery. Friendly staff. Could not fault the experience delivered.
