I have not experienced a face to face contact by APPOINTMENT since lockdown , Usually a telephoned chat.The nursing staff and reception have always been friendly and courteous. I have been a patient for 30 + years and always grateful of the care and attention when needed.

You have to wait a while to get through to make an appointment but when you're there the staff are all friendly and helpful. Not sure how

It sometimes takes a while to get through on the phone to make an appointment and when I’m at work, I don’t have time to wait or call back but when you do get through, the staff are very helpful.

Absolutely no problems booking my shingles vaccination. Admittedly this was relatively easy as we were able to find an appointment that suited the nursing staff and myself.
My appointment was on time and swiftly dealt with.
I was in and out of the surgery within 10 mins.
Suggested improvements
All was well.
