I had to wait an hour to get through, but this wasn't the surgery's fault as it was a busy time of day. The receptionist was so helpful both times I have contacted them this week. I was so grateful for their help.
Suggested improvements
I can't think of anything. We have had fantastic support from the team when needed. Sometimes it takes a long time to get through but if it's important we just wait as the calls are always answered eventually. If it's routine then we call back when it's not so busy.
