I have always found the receptionists very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I prefer therefore to go in to make appointments and raise any issues face to face.

Perhaps I should have shown the blood test paperwork to the receptionist when I made my appointment as I had to go to St Richards after all because bloods are not collected from the Middleton surgery until lunchtime and some of the tests were time sensitive. The nurse was charming even when she had to send me away!

Easy and quick to get an appointment, the doctor diagnosed a skin condition and prescribed a cream that worked brilliantly.

TIME HANGING ON THE PHONE IS RIDICULOUS, I WAS TOO POORLY TO COME DOWN IN PERSON. SHORTAGE OF APPOINTMENTS

It never used to be that difficult to get an app with the surgery, what has gone wrong Iam considering changing my surgery because in my job Ihave a lot of dealings with my chosen surgery
