Straightforward blood test asked for by GP. All went very smoothly. Had to sign in at reception. Was seen immediately. Not a mark from where blood was taken.

I learned that before blood tests patients should drink plenty of water and avoid tea. All patients should be told this.

An excellent well managed surgery. Very helpful and courteous staff. I’m extremely pleased to know that thus far that booking an appointment has always meant a same day face to face with a Doctor or practice nurse. Well done!

I was supposed to have a phone consultation today at 15:00 I waited until 18:00 but there was no call , no apology, no message asking to make another appointment , nothing. I stayed in all afternoon waiting for the call but nothing happened

Communicate better, keep the appointment times.
