I don't very often but when I do, always found the experience pleasant & friendly Booking on the phone can sometimes take a bit too long

Time to answer phone ..but I expect certain times are worse

Sometimes you have to book 5 weeks in advance to see a doctor! The 7 minutes you are allotted is not long enough to discuss some problems (7 minutes to speak and 3 minutes for the Dr to type notes after you have left). There is not enough parking on site now. The staff are very helpful though.

More time with the doctor if needed. Easier access to see a doctor.

I needed a regular blood test which was arranged within a few days of my request. I missed my flu jab appointment, as I was away when the surgery ran the clinics, so I was able to have that at the same time. Very friendly nurse and reception staff.

I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

My scheduled telephone call with the diabetic nurse was fine. Re above 2/5 - Unfortunately the phone queues are so long at both Avisford surgeries, that the only way to make contact is by travelling to the relevant surgery and making enquiries in person.

Vastly improve call handling at Medical Centres This issue appears to have arisen since CoVid and has not been addressed with available technology.

Your service is superb. Your reception staff are kind and courteous. Your doctors are patient, engaged and listen carefully. Thank you for doing what you do! I have had a surprise change in my health recently and I can’t find anything wrong with either of your surgeries.
