Sometimes when you eventually get connected I have found that all appointments have gone for that particular day.

My biggest concern is access via the rear entrance. I don't drive and if I cannot get a lift I have to walk to the surgery. On my way I have to dodge the overhanging brambles on main road, avoid getting drowned or covered in water at the road junction, not get blown over by the HGV vehicles and other vehicles that drive perilously close to the pavement. Why can you not put a lockable Gate in the rear wall so that we could access in the normal way. In the meantime why cannot I exit by the rear door out onto the passageway. It would save a lot of time and frustration.

I had pre arranged a blood test appointment by phone I didn't have long to wait and the nurse and receptionist were very helpful and answered my questions in a very friendly and helpful manner

I cannot ask for better care for my personal needs at present. I have found all very helpful
