First I would like to say that I am very lucky to be a patient of the Linden House/Gilbert House Practice. I have nothing be praise for the Doctors and staff but a special thank you goes out to Nurse Jane Fraser who has shown me such compassion and sincere sympathy and genuine understanding and care that I kindly ask you to pass this on to the Managers and Doctors and even on to the Jeremy Hunt. Then he might appreciate the hard work all you lovely people do. Many thanks
