I’d like to say a massive thank you to both the reception team and the doctor who sorted out my daughters prescription. There was a delay from the hospital sending a letter back to the doctors at Gilbert house the reception team and the doctors sorted everything out for us efficiently. As a family whenever I’ve called for appointments we’ve always been accommodated with appointments. I’ve used the LIVI app recently as well and I’ve had a great experience of this as well. Fantastic team thank you so so much for looking after me and my girls
