I've always had great care from the doctors here. The reception staff can occasionally be a bit off but thats usually when they're rushed off their feet. The surgery always looks clean and tidy and now I'm in a wheelchair, i find the staff even more helpful,,, there's just not much space to wait upstairs which can make it a bit awkward. My usual doctor os Dr Farnham, but think i jave seen all the other doctors and the nurses as the condition that's left me in wheels makes me a "frequent flyer" and have found each and every one of them bery helpful, professional and friendly at the same time. I think it the old "you be nice to them and they'll be nice to you" scenario
