I called to get an appointment for the same day. Previously it has been almost impossible to get through by telephone but today I was successful almost immediately. I could have been just lucky. This is the only problem I have when trying to get an appointment. My care has always been very good and the doctors/nurses and receptionist are always polite and very helpful.
