You have to phoned from 8am to get an appointment but it is virtually impossible to get through! When you get through, sometimes an hour later, you are told there are no appointments left, however they 'find' one but it is usually not a particularly nice doctor! There was one really good and understanding lady GP who recently left the practice. I have seen others from the practice since and they don't compare to her at all, one or two are not too bad but others are awful. One GP there I will refuse to go to again as he made me feel like I was a jabbering idiot and I was crying when I came out, very upset - he just doesn't have the people skills which is just as important as treating a patient! If a GP makes you feel like you are worth nothing then they are not a competent GP in my view - unfortunately at this practice it is looking this way lately and I will only get an appointment now if urgent. Really not impressed!
