Having been used to a doctor's surgery where you had to literally stand outside and queue each time you needed an appointment (and know if you were tenth or more in line you would be unsuccessful) it is very refreshing to be able to call, get an immediate answer, be able to book appointments both online and in advance over the telephone and have receptionists who genuinely listen and are efficient without being rude.
The doctors themselves (I have met 3 so far from the practice) have a good bedside manner, collect you personally from the waiting area and deal with your issues in a sympathetic and professional way.
The surgery is clean, fresh and light, with a chemist downstairs should you need it. Parking is free (if a little crowded).
