Difficult to get through on phone to make an appointment, mostly busy but sometimes just rings out. Certain doctors seem very dismissive. One told me "well I don't know what that could be" (exact words!!) and told me to go back if it happened again when I told them I had severe shoulder pain that shot through to the sternum and lasted hours at a time. None of the doctors (I've seen) seem to want to do any sort of testing. 6 weeks of stabbing chest/shoulder pain. 3 trips to to GP. 3 different doctors. 2 diagnosis. 1 prescription (for something that's made no difference) 0 tests.

Phone is almost always either busy or unanswered.

Over the last 2 weeks I tried to make an appointment,to see the doctor,an was told it was fully booked, The first available appointment was in about 10 days time. Phoned this morning 12 times,and each time,the line was engaged Maybe if you told me what dates you had available,I could try an be ill on that date,cos it does not seem to be working the other way round.

Dr Johnson was so perceptive with great empathy and of course excellent knowledge.

Have to see a locus too often and I feel that they usually aren't thorough. Wait times to see other doctors is unreasonable
