The staff are uncaring and unhelpful. I struggle with mental health issues and they treated me like my mental illness wasn't that big of a deal and that I needed to just take pills and get on with my life. I was talking to Dr Orla McGuinnes (who isn't qualified in anything even related to mental health nor is any of the staff there) about struggles with motherhood and postpartum depression and she basically said I was a bad mum and that I was being selfish because I was thinking suicidal thoughts. This made me want to kill myself even more! Many of the other doctors have treated me this way as well as if I'm being lazy and selfish and that my mental illness wasn't actually real. If they weren't criticizing they way I feel they were just mindlessly prescribing me pills that went on to make my mental illness worse. My advice to anyone struggling with mental health issues stay clear away from this awful surgery.

Suggested improvements
Have a doctor that specializes in mental health on staff and don't allow unqualified GPs to make any judgements on patients struggling with mental health issues.
